Claudia Scott Wright is the owner of R &W Real Estate, Inc. established in 1998. The firm was founded by the late Milton Rabinowitz and Claudia Wright offering Commercial Brokerage and Appraisal Services. Currently, the firm offers Brokerage and Consulting Services. Our business motto of “We don’t Lie, Cheat or Steal, …and all that other stuff we can work out,” has served the firm well thru the years and comes naturally. Additionally, R &W Real Estate takes pride in giving our clients personal, “one on one” service and industry expertise. We feel these two principals separate us from the competition.
The firm has represented Sellers, Buyers, Landlords and Tenants of all types of commercial real estate including office buildings, retail, industrial and vacant land. Due to Claudia’s background as a fifth generation rancher, farm and ranch sales are a large part of the specialized services offered. No deal is “too small or too large” for the company.
Claudia Scott Wright is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Texas and was a licensed General Appraiser for over 20 years in Texas. She grew up in Richmond, Texas, attended Lamar C.I.S.D. High School and graduated from Texas Tech University in 1982. She has been very involved in the community, Past President of Fort Bend County Fair Association and Past President of Richmond Rotary. Currently, she serves as a Director for Texas Southwestern Cattle Raisers and is appointed to the Lower Brazos Flood Planning Group. Recently, Ms. Wright was appointed the Cattleman’s Beef Board, by the U.S. Secretary of Agriculture. She also is a Lifetime member of Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo and serves on the All Breeds and Quarter Horse Committees. She is a member of Fort Bend Society of Commercial Brokers and Texas and Houston Association of Realtors.
When not working, Claudia enjoys time in Rockport fishing or just being on the water with family and friends.
Claudia and her husband Quinn have one daughter Caylin Wright Boyd.
